The design is framed in the values inherited from modernity, based on formal simplicity (using raw and crude forms) and the respect for the mixture of the various materials.

At the architectonic level the project reflects a constant play between a closed and compact volume in its external appearance and a very open and bright interior

For this, we use small patios in the immediate interior of its volume, containing openings of different sizes on the external facade. In this way, we shorten the visibility of the outside to the inside of the lot, giving more privacy to its compartments.
